THE NEW BOY IN THE STAINLESS STEEL FAMILY AS AN ANSWER TO THE GMP ANNEX 1 DOCUMENT

The new boy RABS ISOLATOR CM is the new just born microbial air sampler according to the new requests of GMP ANNEX 1.

The contamination risk is reduced because the operator manipulates 3 heads at the same time.

Standard 90 mm Petri dishes are available from different producers avoiding the expensive exclusive culture system of dedicated systems.

The 3 aspirating heads give the possibility to identify  at which point of the working shift a possible contamination occurs to facilitate the corrective actions.

Thanks to the 3 aspirating chambers, the Growth Promotion Test confirms that it is possible to monitor up to 3 or 6 or 9 working shift hours.

The 3 separated aspirating heads can be positioned in three risk points of the production chain.

In combination with the sterile “Daily Shift” aspirating heads, it reduces the time of the operator because all the documentation of sterilisation is available for each unit.
