INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Insert the sample in the bag Remove the red protection from the adhesive strip

Fold the bag twice and fix it on the adhesive strip for hermetic closure

Insert the document in the other pocket and send the bag to the laboratory
Cut along the dotted line to open the bag Remove the sample and the document from the bag
